Health & Safety Administrator – Manufacturing

About the role
We are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to join a market‑leading manufacturing company in Didcot. You will work within a close‑knit H&S team, supporting advisors and ensuring that safety documentation and processes are kept up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Provide project support to Health & Safety Advisors.
- Maintain and update H&S documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Take accurate minutes of H&S meetings and distribute action items.
- Liaise with Quality, Facilities and Production teams to identify and record process improvements.
- Assist with the preparation of ISO and other regulatory paperwork.
Required profile
- Experience as a Health & Safety Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Background in manufacturing or production environments.
- Ability to commute to Didcot, South East England.
