Health & Safety Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a construction team in Pewsey. The role focuses on building a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with UK health and safety legislation, and supporting continuous improvement of the safety management system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accident investigations, site inspections, risk assessments and health‑and‑safety inductions for new starters.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health‑and‑safety records, including paperwork for new sites, F10 notifications and CDM requirements.
• Report inspection findings and recommend risk‑improvement actions.
• Monitor compliance with current UK health‑and‑safety regulations and standards.
• Support the delivery and enhancement of the occupational health and safety management system.
• Promote safety awareness through workplace campaigns and coaching.
