Health, Safety & Environment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) Specialist to protect our people and support critical business operations within VodafoneThree. You will help build a strong HS&E culture by working collaboratively with internal teams, partners and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HS&E policies and procedures aligned with UK regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and incident investigations.
• Provide HS&E training and guidance to employees and contractors.
• Monitor HS&E performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance across all operations.
• Support suppliers in meeting VodafoneThree’s HS&E standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health, safety and environment roles, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
