Health & Safety Trainer (NEBOSH / IOSH)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Trainer to deliver NEBOSH and IOSH courses for a well‑established training provider serving high‑profile clients across the UK and internationally. The role is hybrid, offering a mix of on‑site and remote teaching, with regular travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a variety of Health & Safety training programmes, both in‑person and online.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design bespoke training solutions for corporate clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date course materials and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Travel across the UK and occasionally abroad to conduct training sessions.
• Provide post‑training support and assessment where required.

Required profile

• Qualified Health & Safety Trainer with NEBOSH and IOSH credentials.
• Member of IOSH.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Based in or able to commute to Cardiff.

Required skills

• NEBOSH qualification.
• IOSH membership.
