About the role
We are seeking a Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor to join a well‑established training provider. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel across the North West to conduct on‑site learner observations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality tutoring for Health and Social Care apprenticeships ranging from Level 2 to Level 5.
- Perform face‑to‑face observations of learners in workplace settings.
- Assess and verify that correct observations are being carried out.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners and support staff.
Required profile
- Solid background in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot correct observations.
- Strong communication skills for reporting findings.
- Flexibility to travel within the North West region as needed.
