Health & Wellness Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Health & Wellness Sales Advisor to join our London stores. You will combine product knowledge with excellent customer service to help shoppers improve their wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide unbiased advice on health and wellness brands and products.
• Engage customers with open‑ended questions to understand their needs and recommend holistic solutions, including in‑store and online doctor services.
• Create personalised in‑store experiences, share expert advice and support sales through genuine, feel‑good service.
• Maintain tidy, well‑stocked shelves and ensure the shop floor presents a clean, inviting environment.
• Refer customers to the dispensary or pharmacist when required and support the omni‑channel offering.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm and passion for health and wellness.
• Warm, approachable manner with confidence to start conversations and put customers at ease.
• Self‑motivated, sales‑driven and focused on delivering a great customer experience.
• Team player who contributes to store success.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using technology and omni‑channel tools.
• Willingness to complete a Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2 level).
