Healthcare Analyst / Associate – Investment Banking

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Analyst / Associate to join our investment banking team in London. You will support senior bankers in delivering financial analysis, deal execution, and client interaction across the healthcare sector, gaining exposure to high‑profile transactions and industry experts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and statement analysis to assess healthcare investment opportunities.
• Support M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions, preparing pitch books, memoranda, and presentations.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities, liaising with internal and external parties to ensure accurate information flow.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, assisting in meetings and presentations.
• Research industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to produce thought‑leadership reports.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Previous experience in investment banking, finance, or the healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
