Healthcare Assistant – Autism Support (Part‑time, Temporary)

About the role
Join Seven Resourcing’s team as a Healthcare Assistant specialising in autism support. You will work on an ongoing, ad‑hoc basis providing high‑quality care to individuals in the Weston‑super‑Mare area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, person‑centred care to clients with autism, adapting support to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks while maintaining a safe environment.
- Monitor, record and report changes in condition to senior healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and follow personalised care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months recent experience in a UK healthcare setting, preferably with autism support.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Manual handling certification.
- Two professional references from recent healthcare employment.
- Ability to pass enhanced DBS checks.
