About the role

Join the multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court in Winwick, Warrington, as a Healthcare Assistant dedicated to supporting adult women in secure psychiatric settings. You will work in a compassionate environment that values kindness, teamwork, and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day care for women in medium, low secure and PICU environments, including personal hygiene assistance.
• Participate in ward rounds, observe and analyse patient behaviours, and adapt care plans with the team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update documentation promptly.
• Support patients on their recovery pathway, promoting a person‑centred approach.

Required profile

• Experienced Healthcare Assistant working in the UK.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply to meet resident needs.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
