Healthcare Assistant – £17/hour – Wokingham

About the role

Join a CQC‑regulated care provider in Wokingham as a Healthcare Assistant, delivering high‑quality support to individuals with both everyday and complex needs. You will work on shifts that suit your lifestyle while being valued at £17 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medication and provide oxygen support via nasal cannula.
• Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and PEG feeding.
• Monitor health observations and manage epilepsy and other complex conditions.
• Provide reassurance, dignity and emotional support to service users.

Required profile

• Care Certificate or NVQ in Health & Social Care.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a healthcare assistant.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS registration on the Update Service.
• Safeguarding Level 2 or 3, Manual Handling and Basic Life Support training.
