About the role
As a Healthcare & Group Risk Consultant you will manage a portfolio of large corporate client schemes, focusing on retention and growth. You will work within an expanding Group Risk team for a leading independent insurance broker and employee benefits consultancy.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare statements of advice, from fact‑finding to presentation.
- Manage databases and files to ensure compliance with local standards.
- Plan and deliver client marketing activities.
- Coach Client Service staff on lead generation and provide direction to junior team members.
- Handle all aspects of Group Income Protection Insurance schemes and Group Life Assurance schemes.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable working attitude with a professional, client‑focused approach.
