Healthcare Quality Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

Arvato is seeking a Healthcare Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across two key sites in the UK. You will ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and ISO standards while supporting operational excellence in a fast‑moving logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Healthcare Quality team to meet and exceed quality targets and service level agreements.
• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with GDP, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Oversee QMS elements such as deviations, CAPA, internal audits, change control, document control, temperature management, supplier management, risk management, validation, calibration, returns, recalls and pest control.
• Act as deputy to the Responsible Person on the WDA (H) licence and host client and regulatory audits.
• Design and deliver training packs and workshops on quality topics for healthcare colleagues.
• Promote a culture of compliance and raise awareness of quality standards across operational and non‑operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a quality team within a healthcare or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GDP, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Excellent people‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
