Healthy Homes Coordinator

About the role

BPHA is seeking a proactive Healthy Homes Coordinator to provide day‑to‑day administration and coordination across Healthy Homes, disrepair cases, HHSRS actions and Awaab’s Law work. You will work closely with surveyors, contractors, customers and internal teams to ensure cases are managed efficiently and within required timescales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer Healthy Homes, HHSRS, disrepair and Awaab’s Law casework.
• Maintain accurate records in housing and asset‑management systems.
• Arrange customer appointments, issue correspondence and track case progress.
• Monitor and manage no‑access cases according to procedures.
• Liaise with contractors, surveyors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of actions.
• Produce reports and management information for service delivery and performance monitoring.
• Support investigations into customer concerns and complaints.
• Ensure documentation complies with GDPR and business procedures.
• Contribute to service‑improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Promote a culture of health, safety, quality and customer excellence.

• Experience working to deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Understanding of Awaab’s Law and its impact on housing providers.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) or demonstrable relevant experience.

• Salary: £27,299.40 per year.
• Hybrid working based in Bedford.
• 37‑hour week on a permanent contract.
