Hearing Aid Dispenser – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our St Helens store on a fixed‑term basis. You will deliver hearing care and support to customers during and after their appointments, helping them regain enjoyment of everyday sounds.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hearing assessments and fitting of hearing aids.
• Offer post‑appointment after‑care, adjustments and advice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HCPC standards.
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser with current HCPC registration.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Motivated team player eager to develop professionally.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract of up to 12 months, full‑time or part‑time.
• Salary up to £40,000 per year (DOE, pro‑rata) plus a welcome bonus of up to £10,000.
