Hearing Aid Dispenser – Full Time

About the role

As a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) you will work in Specsavers’ Glasgow city‑centre store, providing hearing care before, during and after appointments. You will help customers regain enjoyment of everyday sounds while being part of a supportive, family‑like team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments and fit hearing aids according to professional standards.
• Provide post‑fit support, maintenance and troubleshooting for customers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HCPC regulations.
• Collaborate with opticians and other store staff to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Promote hearing‑care products and services within the store.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser with current HCPC registration.
• Wax‑removal qualification (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Motivated team player with a desire to develop professionally.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
