Hearing Aid Dispenser (Full/Part Time)

About the role

Join Specsavers in Uckfield as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser, working full‑time or part‑time. You will dispense hearing aids, perform hearing tests and provide expert advice to customers with hearing difficulties, all within a supportive and professional store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense hearing aids to customers and ensure optimal fit.
• Conduct hearing assessments and recommend suitable hearing aid solutions.
• Provide wax removal services, including microsuction where qualified.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD).
• Excellent attention to detail and a motivated team player.
• Eagerness to develop professionally and progress within the role.

Required skills

• Microsuction / wax removal qualification (advantageous).
• Ability to conduct hearing tests.

• Salary £34‑40k depending on experience.
