Hearing Aid Dispenser – Full‑time

About the role

As a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) you will provide expert hearing‑care services to private and NHS patients in our Chorley store and sister sites. You will support customers before, during and after their appointments, helping them regain enjoyment of everyday sounds.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive hearing‑care assessments and fitting services.
• Provide post‑appointment support and follow‑up for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and meet internal KPI targets.
• Manage a mixed caseload of private and NHS patients.
• Travel between store locations as required, using your own vehicle.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser with current HCPC registration.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Motivated team player eager to develop professionally.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
