HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Day Shift, Newcastle

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is seeking an HGV Class 1 (C+E) driver to join its Newcastle team. The position is full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday day shifts, focused on safe and reliable delivery and collection services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections, including operating pallet trucks and tail lifts.
• Communicate any delays or issues clearly with the traffic office.
• Maintain compliance with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy and presentable.
• Represent Kinaxia Logistics professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Safety‑first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, positive and team‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Operating pallet trucks and tail lifts.
• Using digital tachograph equipment.
