About the role
WPRG Ltd is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for agency work based in Dagenham, South East England. The role focuses on weekend and night deliveries across the South of England, with shifts running between 18:00 and 03:00.
Key responsibilities
- Store deliveries across the South of England
- Trunking and long‑distance driving
- Operate vehicle safely during 12‑hour night shifts
- Adhere to scheduled start times between 18:00 and 03:00
Required profile
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC card
- Digital Tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
- Ability to complete an onsite theory and practical assessment
- Good level of English and professional presentation
Required skills
- Class 1 (C+E) licence operation
- Digital Tachograph usage
- CPC compliance
What we offer
- Competitive PAYE rates (£17.81‑£28.95 per hour, higher on weekends and bank holidays)
