HGV Class 1 Driver – £45k Salary, Night Shifts in Wigan

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is expanding its Wigan depot and is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to join a modern, safety‑focused fleet. The role involves night‑time deliveries and collections across the national network, offering a competitive salary and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely, legally and efficiently during night shifts (22:00‑01:00).
• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections on time across the UK.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, report defects and ensure compliance with EU Drivers’ Hours and WTD regulations.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate effectively with the transport team.
• Represent Kinaxia professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Valid C+E (Class 1) licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of EU Drivers’ Hours and WTD legislation.
• Strong communication skills and a safety‑first mindset.
• Reliability and professionalism.
