About the role
We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 dustcart driver to join our waste‑management team in Havering. The role offers reliable weekday shifts with guaranteed hours.
Key responsibilities
- Drive an HGV Class 2 dustcart on assigned collection routes.
- Work alongside loaders to collect refuse and recycling.
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks.
- Ensure collections are completed safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Required profile
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Minimum six months of HGV driving experience.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good health‑and‑safety awareness and dependable work approach.
Required skills
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving.
- Operation of dustcart for refuse collection.
What we offer
- Monday‑to‑Friday shifts, 06:30‑15:00, minimum 8 paid hours per shift.
- Competitive pay of £17.00 per hour.
