HGV Driver – Flexible Shifts & Competitive Pay

About the role

Join Ocado Logistics as an HGV Driver and transport grocery orders from our state‑of‑the‑art warehouses to regional sites across England. You will work a flexible shift pattern that includes nights, early mornings and weekends, with a minimum contracted 32‑hour week.

Key responsibilities

• Collect shopping from central warehouses and deliver to smaller regional locations.
• Follow company policies and procedures for safe loading, transport and unloading.
• Adhere to assigned routes, which can run up to 12.5 hours per day.
• Maintain accurate records using a digital tachograph.

Required profile

• Category C+E driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 10 years.
• At least 12 months of driving experience (minimum 6 months LGV preferred).
• Ability to work flexible shift lengths and handle additional hours when required.
