About the role
Our client in Thornliebank is seeking Class 2 HGV drivers to operate bin trucks on a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule. You will be responsible for collecting and transporting waste bins safely and efficiently across the local area.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and transport waste bins according to the assigned route sheet.
- Drive safely using a satellite navigation system and adhere to all road regulations.
- Inspect the vehicle for defects before and after each shift and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and deliveries.
Required profile
- A valid Class 2 HGV licence with CPC qualification.
- Possession of a tachograph card.
- Good knowledge of the local road network.
- Flexible, customer‑focused attitude and willingness to work weekends if required.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £17.98 (PAYE).
- Full‑time, Monday‑Friday shift (7 am‑3:30 pm).
