HGV Mechanic – Technical Training & Progression

About the role
Join a family‑run transport and vehicle services business as an HGV Mechanic. You will work in a workshop environment serving commercial and private customers, with excellent technical training and clear progression pathways.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out inspections, diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on HGVs.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety and industry regulations.
Required profile
- Background in HGV, REME, plant or a similar mechanical field.
- Willingness to develop technical expertise through provided training.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
