HGV Technician

About the role

Scania is seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join its Andover workshop on a day‑shift pattern (06:00‑18:00) working four days on and four days off. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of heavy commercial vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on HGVs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to engines, transmissions, brakes and electrical systems.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.

Required profile

• Experience as an HGV technician or a related vehicle‑maintenance role.
• Relevant qualifications or proven experience in HGV/LCV/Car/Agricultural/Plant/Military sectors.
• Commitment to continuous learning and safety.
