High End Divorce Specialist Financial Advisor

About the role

This position offers an experienced divorce‑specialist financial adviser the chance to lead a dedicated high‑value divorce planning service within a values‑driven wealth management firm. You will work closely with divorce and family lawyers, advising clients through complex, multi‑million‑pound settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, strategic financial advice throughout high‑value divorce cases.
• Collaborate with divorce and family lawyers as a trusted planning partner.
• Create and model settlement scenarios using cash‑flow and planning tools.
• Support clients with pension sharing, investment planning and income strategies.
• Develop and refine the firm’s specialist divorce planning proposition.
• Build a small dedicated team as the service grows, if desired.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma‑qualified Financial Adviser with strong UK experience.
• Proven background advising on complex divorce or family cases.
• Ability to bring introducer relationships and lawyer connections.
• Strong technical understanding of pension sharing and asset division (desirable).
• Experience with cash‑flow and scenario‑planning tools (desirable).
