About the role

We are seeking a High Integrity Embedded Software Engineer to join our innovative technology business in Oxfordshire. You will work on next‑generation control and assurance technology for mission‑critical, regulated systems, contributing to a platform that enhances reliability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded software for high‑integrity, safety‑critical systems.
• Implement solutions for real‑time and embedded platforms.
• Support software architecture and technical design activities.
• Collaborate closely with verification engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to software quality, assurance, integration and deployment.
• Produce clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• Strong background in embedded software engineering.
• Commercial experience with C, C++ or Ada.
• Experience developing software for regulated or safety‑critical environments.
• Hands‑on experience with real‑time or embedded systems.
• Good understanding of software testing and verification.
