High Net Worth Mortgage Broker – Hybrid, Uncapped Earnings

About the role

We are seeking a high‑net‑worth (HNW) Mortgage Broker to join a leading, award‑winning brokerage serving the Hampshire and Surrey area. The role offers a hybrid working model, Monday‑Friday schedule, and access to a diverse lead pool from internal referrals, estate agents, accountants and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert mortgage leads from multiple sources, including internal referrals and external introducers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, accountants and other introducers.
• Provide expert mortgage advice to HNW clients, ensuring compliance and optimal product selection.
• Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
• Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum three years of mortgage advisory experience.
• Proven track record working with high‑net‑worth clientele (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
