About the role

We are partnering with a specialist loss adjusting practice that serves high‑net‑worth clients across premium residential portfolios. The role offers the chance to manage complex, high‑value property claims while working alongside senior chartered adjusters and forensic experts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value property claims from first notification through final settlement.
• Assess complex losses involving listed buildings, period conversions, bespoke interiors and high‑spec modern builds.
• Interpret specialised policy wordings, endorsements and coverage extensions for HNW clients.
• Determine indemnity, coverage position and quantum with technical accuracy.
• Conduct on‑site investigations, coordinate forensic engineers, surveyors and restoration specialists.
• Produce insurer‑ready reports including causation analysis, reinstatement strategies and reserve recommendations.
• Maintain discreet, professional communication with high‑profile clients, insurers and brokers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑value property loss adjusting, preferably within a specialist private‑client practice.
• Strong knowledge of listed, heritage and luxury residential properties.
• Ability to interpret complex insurance contracts and policy wordings.
• Excellent analytical and report‑writing skills with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and discretion when dealing with high‑profile clients.
