High Touch Execution Strategist

About the role

The Quant Execution Analytics (QEA) team is seeking a High Touch Execution Strategist to join its interdisciplinary environment at a global hedge fund. You will work closely with traders, execution quants and external platforms to design and improve high‑touch execution processes across asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategists to onboard new trading flows into the high‑touch execution pipeline.
• Collect market intelligence and analyse market micro‑structures to inform execution decisions.
• Review transaction costs and recommend improvements in coordination with traders and quantitative developers.
• Liaise with dealers and external platforms such as Tradeweb and Bloomberg.
• Promote and enforce best trading practices on the high‑touch desk.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in a high‑touch execution role.
• Proficiency in Python and/or KDB.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with transaction cost analysis (TCA).
• Experience with project‑management tools and methodologies.
• Git and Jupyter notebook experience is a plus.
