About the role
We are partnering with several schools in Manchester that need experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support classroom learning. You will work directly with teachers to deliver interventions, manage whole‑class teaching, and help children achieve their potential.
Key responsibilities
- Cover whole classes and deliver targeted interventions.
- Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support as required.
- Collaborate with school staff to monitor pupil progress.
Required profile
- Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience.
- Confident in leading whole‑class teaching.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Passionate about helping children succeed.
