About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a school in Rochester from October 2026. The role covers both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, requiring flexibility to support pupils individually, in small groups, or whole‑class settings.
Required profile
- Hold relevant HLTA experience or qualifications.
- Experience working across KS1 and/or KS2.
- Confidence supporting pupils 1:1, in groups and whole‑class settings.
- Flexible, enthusiastic and able to adapt to different needs.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Committed to supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing.
- Fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
