About the role
Reeson Education is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Haringey, London. The role starts in September 2026 and combines targeted maths interventions with whole‑class teaching responsibilities for Year 5.
Key responsibilities
- Teach a Year 5 class as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
- Deliver high‑quality maths intervention programmes for small groups.
- Support pupils through focused tuition and help improve confidence and attainment in maths.
- Collaborate with teachers to identify learning priorities and plan interventions.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement.
Required profile
- Possess an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
