Reed Education is partnering with a Good‑rated secondary school in Cambridgeshire to hire a passionate History Teacher for a full‑time, long‑term placement starting September 2026. Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging History lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Humanities department to enhance curriculum delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching History in a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
• Commitment to high‑quality teaching and student motivation.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
