History Teacher – Full‑time Secondary School (Liverpool)

About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established secondary academy in Liverpool city centre to recruit a passionate History Teacher. The position is full‑time and permanent, starting in September, and offers the chance to teach across Key Stages 3 to 5.
Key responsibilities
- Teach History to students in KS3, KS4 and KS5.
- Deliver engaging, inspiring lessons that bring historical events to life.
- Support pupils in developing analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive department culture.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching History in a UK secondary setting up to KS5.
- Strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for History.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
- Committed, reliable and adaptable.
