HNW / Private Clients Claims Technician

About the role

This remote position supports a specialist High Net Worth (HNW) team, handling household and domestic property claims from start to finish. You will be the primary liaison for brokers, insurers and policyholders, ensuring a high‑level service for private client policies. The team is known for technical quality and a culture of development, offering support for professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claims end‑to‑end, from notification through settlement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, insurers and policyholders.
• Support field adjusters to keep the claims process smooth and efficient.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout each case.
• Ensure compliance with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with insurers to expedite claim settlements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in household or domestic property claims.
• Background working with high net worth or private client policies.
• Strong ability to stay calm, credible and clear when dealing with demanding clients.
• Relevant certifications such as CII or CILA (or willingness to obtain them).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
