About the role

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a successful care home near Broadstairs in Kent. You will join a values‑driven senior team and be responsible for delivering person‑centred care and an outstanding resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to ensure exceptional, person‑centred care.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, hospitality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of dignity and respect.
• Manage budgets, occupancy and commercial performance to ensure long‑term sustainability.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and the local community, promoting the home’s premium reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing residential and/or dementia care services.
• Private care market experience.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Ability to control and manage budgets and accounts.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Passion for innovative, sustainable, person‑centred care.
• Motivation to shape a high‑performing care home.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £70,000 – £75,000 per year.
