Home Visits Hearing Aid Dispenser

About the role

As a Home Visits Hearing Aid Dispenser you will travel across Tonbridge and surrounding areas delivering hearing care directly to patients who cannot attend a store. You will be the face of Specsavers in the community, providing assessments, fitting hearing aids and supporting everyday tasks for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Visit patients at their homes within an assigned territory covering Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Canterbury and nearby locations.
• Conduct hearing assessments, dispense and fit hearing aids, and perform wax removal when required.
• Provide advice on hearing aid use, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Specsavers’ IT systems.
• Collaborate with the wider Specsavers team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) with current HCPC registration.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
