About the role

Join Specsavers as a Home Visits Optical Assistant, delivering professional optical care directly to patients in their homes across Yorkshire and Leeds. You will support individuals who cannot visit our stores, providing a vital service that enhances community health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide optical services to patients in their homes, including care homes, across the Yorkshire and Leeds area.
• Schedule and manage home visits efficiently, ensuring timely and courteous service delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update the Specsavers system after each appointment.
• Promote Specsavers products and services, offering advice and recommendations to patients.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant.
• Excellent customer care skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
