About the role
Specsavers is seeking a qualified optometrist to become a Home Visits Optometry Partner for the Kings Lynn & surrounding area. This joint‑venture role combines clinical practice with business ownership, allowing you to run your own clinics while benefiting from the support of a global brand.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality optometry services to patients in their homes across the designated territory.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple home‑visit clinics, ensuring efficient scheduling and patient satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a resident clinical team, fostering a values‑led culture.
- Drive business growth, manage finances, and contribute to strategic decisions as a 50% shareholder.
- Utilise Specsavers’ clinical technology and adhere to best practice standards.
Required profile
- Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- Strong leadership qualities with a passion for people development.
- Commercially aware, customer‑focused and resilient.
- Committed to delivering excellent patient care and community impact.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using clinical optometry equipment and technology.
