About the role

The company is expanding its Liability Division and seeks a home‑based Liability Adjuster to manage a diverse caseload across the South West of England. You will work remotely but will travel throughout the region to conduct investigations and produce reports on various EL and PL losses.

Key responsibilities

Investigate and assess liability claims, including Employers’ Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) losses.
Travel across the South West (Bristol to Plymouth) to conduct site inspections and gather evidence.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claim settlement.
Maintain accurate records and liaise with clients, insurers and legal representatives.

Required profile

2–3 years experience in external loss adjusting or a similar liability claims role.
Experience conducting on‑site investigations, preferably within an insurer environment.
Progress towards CII qualification is desirable but not essential.
