Horticultural Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Horticultural Technician to care for plant installations across client premises in Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will be the friendly face for our customers, ensuring both indoor and outdoor displays are healthy, attractive and aligned with our biophilic design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stunning indoor and outdoor plant displays at multiple client sites each day.
• Provide exceptional customer service, complete site reports and keep accurate records using company systems.
• Work closely with your line manager and regional team to complete routes efficiently and to high standards.
• Follow all risk assessments and method statements to uphold our strong safety record.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Genuine enthusiasm for plants and the outdoors.
• Ability to navigate the Birmingham region and operate a company van.
• Capable of working independently while supporting teammates.
• Physical fitness to use watering cans, ladders and be on the move.
