Horticultural Technician

About the role

Planteria Group is looking for a Horticultural Technician to maintain plant installations across client premises in the South‑East region. You will be the friendly face of the company, ensuring indoor and outdoor displays look their best while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stunning indoor and outdoor plant displays at multiple client sites each day.
• Provide exceptional customer service, complete site reports and keep accurate records using company systems.
• Collaborate with your line manager and regional team to complete routes efficiently and to high standards.
• Follow risk assessments and method statements to champion safety on every site.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and colleagues.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Problem‑first mindset, able to find solutions quickly.
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for plants and the outdoors.
• Ability to navigate the South‑East region, driving a company van with a valid UK licence.
• Comfort working independently while also sharing knowledge with the team.
• Physical capability to use watering cans, stepladders and stools throughout the day.
