Hospital Pharmacist – Full-time (London)

About the role

Join Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital as a Hospital Pharmacist, delivering integrated, patient‑centred medicines care within a private, multidisciplinary environment in South‑West London.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Medicines Management Lead for the hospital, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
• Provide high‑quality clinical pharmacy advice across pre‑assessment clinics, outpatient departments, wards and theatres.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses and other clinical staff to optimise patient pathways.
• Support the pharmacy team in dispensing, stock control and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven post‑qualification experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and multidisciplinary team interaction.
