About the role

We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join the Food & Beverage team of a prestigious City law firm in London. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with the preparation and service of high‑quality coffee and refreshments for clients and colleagues. This is a full‑time, on‑site position for candidates who thrive in a customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks to an exceptional standard.
• Deliver a warm, professional and attentive customer experience at all times.
• Assist with the service of food and refreshments for clients and staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, food safety and hygiene.
• Keep coffee machines, counters and service areas clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Operate equipment safely and report any faults or maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.
