About the role

Houston & Hawkes is seeking a motivated Hospitality Assistant Manager to support a premium hospitality operation within a prestigious law‑firm setting in Central London. The role offers a clear pathway towards a future Hospitality Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in running a busy, high‑end hospitality service.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional fine‑dining, meeting‑room and event service.
• Coordinate service timings, team deployment and evening events.
• Work closely with kitchen and operational teams to maintain standards.
• Oversee presentation, service quality and client‑facing interactions.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or assistant‑management experience in hospitality.
• Strong background in fine‑dining or premium hospitality environments.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Polished, confident and client‑focused.
• Team‑oriented leader willing to work occasional evenings.
• Ambitious desire to progress to a Hospitality Manager role.
