Hospitality Host/Hostess – Care Home

About the role
As a Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, you will help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, delivering first‑class hospitality in the dining room and bar areas.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging and helpful service to residents and their families in dining and bar settings.
- Assist with serving food and drinks, including alcohol where appropriate.
- Support the creation of stimulating events and activities for residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in hospitality areas.
Required profile
- No specific qualifications required; experience in a similar setting is desirable.
- Personable, caring and genuinely interested in residents’ wellbeing.
- Must be over 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
