Hospitality Operations Manager

Allpress Espresso, a specialist coffee roaster with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a people‑focused Hospitality Operations Manager to drive consistency, energy and excellence across its network of cafés in the UK. Reporting to the National Hospitality Operations Manager and based in the Dalston office, you will work closely with café General Managers and their teams to maintain operational standards, deliver projects and ensure each site thrives. The role blends leadership support, project management and operational improvement, requiring you to spend time on the café floor building relationships, identifying guest experience enhancements, supporting leadership development and bringing new initiatives such as seasonal drink launches and café improvement projects to life.

You will act as a bridge between café teams and corporate functions, collaborating with Operations, Coffee, Brand and People departments. Success depends on balancing agility with organisation, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and proactively spotting opportunities for improvement before they become challenges. A genuine love for hospitality and comfort in spending time in cafés, observing operations and gathering feedback is essential.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with experience in hospitality operations or multi‑site environments, confident in coaching and influencing leaders, and possesses strong project‑management capabilities. Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, you will roll up your sleeves to support teams on the ground and help turn ideas into action.
