Hospitality Recruiter – Restaurant Associates

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to join Restaurant Associates, a premium hospitality and catering brand within Compass Group UK & Ireland. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent for operational, culinary and hospitality positions across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational, hospitality and culinary roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to design and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key catering and hospitality positions.
• Use recruitment data and insights to track performance and continuously improve processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Organise and support hiring events to promote the brand and attract top talent.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house.
• Previous experience recruiting for hospitality or catering roles is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Passion for delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment systems and current hiring market trends.
