About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Coordinate meeting‑room hospitality, executive lunches and corporate events with precision.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring warmth, professionalism and consistency.
• Build trusted client relationships, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Manage daily operations, guaranteeing compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and allergen regulations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in luxury or premium hospitality settings such as five‑star hotels, fine‑dining restaurants or private members’ clubs.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety and allergen compliance.
